                 Laura Delo was born in Pennsylvania. She is new to our school this year teaching physical science. She taught at Amherst County High School last year. She has a son and two dogs. Mrs. Delo went to Virginia Tech where her favorite subjects were Anatomy, Physiology, and Microbiology. Her favorite book is In the Time of the Butterflies by Julia Alvarez. We  all really enjoy having Mrs. Delo as a new member of our team!

                 Mrs. Reciniello is our school’s French teacher. She has 3 horses, 3 cats, 6 ducks, and 2 beta fish that she calls her kids. For fun she likes to travel, speak French, draw and give students homework! She went to Montclair State University, Sorbonne University, D’Angers University, De Nancy University and de Nice Oxford University. She was born in

Then she went to Roanoke City and now she’s back here in Amherst County   teaching at Monelison. She said she’s staying here until they carry her out!

Margaret Petty was born in Mount. Airy North Carolina, because it was the closest hospital. She lived in Southwest Virginia. She has three children and six grandchildren. In her spare time she likes to read, listen to music, and garden. Her favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird. Ms. Wise

Linda Wise went to Radford University. Her favorite subject in school was Math. Linda doesn’t have any children or pets.                      In her spare time she likes to hang with her friends and going shopping. Linda was born in Virginia. She teaches Reading and English for the sixth grade. She has never taught before, so this will be her first year teaching. Her favorite book is O The Places You Will Go. She does not have a nickname.
